ErecPower return & refund policy
This policy sets out how returns and refunds work for ErecPower orders placed on erecpowero.com. It forms part of our terms and conditions, and the practical walkthrough sits on the guarantee page.
1. The window
Every ErecPower pack carries a money-back window of 60 days from the date of purchase — not from the date of delivery. Shipping time counts inside the window.
2. How to start a claim
Claims are started by telephone on +1 (877) 257-0825, 7:00am–9:00pm ET, 7 days a week. Have your order confirmation email to hand; it carries the order ID the desk needs. You may also write to [email protected], which is typically answered within about 24 hours, but a call is faster.
3. Returning the bottles
Return the bottles to:

Enclose a note with your full name, the email address on the order and the order ID. A parcel arriving without these cannot be matched to a purchase, which is the most common reason a refund is delayed.
4. Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the buyer. We strongly advise a tracked service: the refund is processed once the bottles are received, so proof of delivery is what protects you if a parcel goes missing.
5. Refund timing
The desk confirms the processing schedule when your parcel is received. Once a refund is issued, your bank or card issuer takes its own few working days to post it to your account — that second clock is outside our control. Current timings are confirmed by the desk on +1 (877) 257-0825.
6. What is covered
This policy covers ErecPower purchased through erecpowero.com. Product obtained from a marketplace, auction site or third-party storefront cannot be matched to lot EP/NY/2609-7731 and is not covered here. You can check the lot code on the base of the bottle against the record we publish.
7. Cancelled and undelivered orders
If we cancel an order you have paid for, or an order is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
8. No recurring charges
ErecPower is sold as a one-time payment. Nothing renews and nothing auto-ships, so there is no subscription to cancel as part of a return.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where local law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is the one on this page and the date at the top moves forward. The policy that applies to an order is the one in force when the order was placed.
