Which ingredient has the strongest evidence?
Zinc and Tongkat Ali. Zinc has a clear relationship with testosterone in deficient men; Tongkat Ali has a pooled meta-analysis of five randomised trials behind it.
Does ErecPower raise testosterone?
No such claim is made here. Zinc can help if you were deficient, and Tongkat Ali showed an effect in trials that were strongest in men who began low. Tribulus, the ingredient usually marketed on that basis, has largely failed to show it.
Is it vegetarian and gluten free?
The label carries gluten-free, dairy-free, non-GMO, vegetarian and BPA-free marks. Always read the bottle you receive.
Does it contain stimulants?

Is it safe with a prostate condition?
Raise it with your clinician first. Saw palmetto has hormonal activity and can affect PSA readings, which complicates monitoring.
Is ErecPower FDA approved?

Can I take it with a multivitamin?
